A kiosk provided by Odds On Promotions will be located in the lobby near the Tioga Rewards Players Club. Starting on September 8, 2026, players can swipe their Rewards Club cards at a kiosk up to one time every day, Tuesday through Sunday, to make their picks for the listed pro football games for that week. Picking the winner of every game presented for that week along with answering the tie breaker question constitutes as an entry. Once the games for the week have been completed, the top 10 winning entries will receive prizes as follows: 1st place – $500 cash, 2nd place – $400 cash, 3rd place – $300 cash, 4th place $200 cash, 5th place $100 cash, 6th through 10th place – $50 free play. In addition, if a contestant correctly picks 215 winners from games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry every week, they will be awarded $1,000,000.

• In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must pick two hundred fifteen (215) winners of the pro football games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry (result) of each week.
• Weekly cash winners (1st through 5th place) will have until 11:59pm on the Friday following the completion of that week’s games to claim their prize at the Tioga Rewards Club. Cash prizes unclaimed by the weekly deadline will be forfeited.
• Weekly free play winners (6th through 10th place) will have the free play amounts automatically added to their accounts upon verification by Wednesday at 12pm following the completion of that week’s games.
• The first tie breaker for weekly prizes is the contestant closest to the tie breaker question. If a tie still exists after the tie breaker question, the tie breaker is order of entry.

Guests can earn entries from October 1 through October 31. For every 10 tier points accumulated on the guest’s Tioga Rewards Player’s Club Card, 1 entry is earned for the Saturday drawings. To be eligible for the 5pm-9pm drawings, players’ entries must be activated anytime after 4pm on the day of the drawings. To be eligible for the 10pm drawings, entries must be activated within one hour of each drawing. Entries are activated by playing at any gaming machine or table game with their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card inserted or by handing their Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card to a table games representative who will then scan the card into the Casino Market Place system. Once the winners have been verified, they will be awarded their prize.

On 10/3, 10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31 – Two (2) winners for $500 in cash each hour from 5pm through 9pm. One (1) winner of Arctic Cat Alterra 600 ATV or $7,500 cash at 10pm.

Two (2) winners will be drawn every hour from 5pm to 10pm using the Casino Marketplace system and Hot Seat Internal Controls. Once the winners have been verified, they will choose a pumpkin. They will open the pumpkin to reveal their prize. There will be 24 pumpkins to choose from at the beginning of each promotional night. Once a pumpkin is chosen, it will not be replaced. Prizes are as follows: One (1) will contain a slip for $1000 cash. Four (4) will contain slips for $500 cash. Four (4) will contain slips for $250 cash. The remaining fifteen (15) pumpkins will contain slips for $100 in free play. Once verified, the guest will be awarded their prize.

Tioga Downs Casino will host a free Halloween Costume Party in the Mutuels/Stage Front area (not on the gaming floor) open to the public.

All guests will be eligible to obtain an official voting ballot by showing their Tioga Rewards card at the registration table (limit one per person). All costume contest participants will be assigned a number and guests will vote for the number of the participant they think has the best costume. At the conclusion of the event, the voting ballots will be tallied up and the person with the most votes will win first place, second most votes will get second place, etc. In the event of a tie, the two corresponding prizes will be added together and split evenly among the participants. For example, if there is a tie for first place, the first and second place prize will be added together and the two winners will split the amount evenly. Prizes will be paid out as follows:

1st Place – $250 cash
2nd Place – $150 cash
3rd Place – $100 cash
