| Bar Back | | Tioga | | Responsible for cleaning of beverage areas and equipment. Provide and replenish beverage stock and supplies. Remove empty bottles and trash. Wash glasses and polish bar fixtures. Prepare necessary fruit for use as garnishes, knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartenders’ responsibilities and rights under it, Responsible for receiving, issuing, and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. |
| Bartender | | Tioga | | Responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures, knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartenders’ responsibilities and rights under it. Work in a lounge, service or banquet setting, responsible for receiving, issuing, and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies. Strictly adhere to established cash control policies and procedures of Company. |

This candidate is responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of work station. The cook may be assigned by the Chef, as necessary, to any of the positions in the kitchen. |

| Prep Cook | | Tioga | | Responsible for the preparation off all foods requiring pre-opening preparation, ensuring the efficiency of line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with specifications and standards. |
| Regional Director of Sales | | Tioga | | Responsible for sales revenue management strategies used to realize the maximum amount of sales revenue for hotel sales operations, group sales and sponsorship sales for both Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs. |
| Security Officer | | Tioga | | The candidate is responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties to be knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders. Provide protection for the Casino and all employees and guests of the Casino and the overall protection of company assets. Guard all transfers of monies on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of money. Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner. Interact with local law enforcement agencies as required. |
